Thanks to the support that I received from John and Jane Derry, and the breathing easy program they provided in Canada, I am now 3 years, 5 months and 10 days smoke free! I never thought that after being a smoker for 28 years that I would one day be a non smoker!  I even turned into one of those cranky non smokers that can't be around smoke :)
